Enclosed is a copy of her last letter to <br /> you dated December 29, 1982 . In her letter she explains a water <br /> problem wltere water is continuing to cause problems as it comes <br /> in through the wall on the north side of the house. <br /> A�i inspection of the house was made on January 10 , 1983 and there <br /> was evidence that a considerable amount of wa.ter had come into <br /> the bedroom and bathroom area. There is m <br /> old and milde�a on the <br /> wall caused by the water. Rugs are saturated �aitli water as well <br /> as the flooring. <br /> Should the water leak go unattended for very much longer it will <br /> cause structural damage and, possibly, health probler�s . Dampness <br /> -. in hai�itable rooms is in direct violation of Section 1001 (b) 11 <br /> of the Uniform liousing Code.
