Use of a doc�estic <br /> hood will not be approved. <br /> 9) Open raw chicken storage in Che walkin cooler wiil not <br /> be permitted. Insure all liquid from boxes is properly <br /> contained, discarded and containers kept clean. Do not <br /> allow liquid to collect on floor of cooler. <br /> 10) The three-compsrtment sink can only be used for food <br /> equipment and utensil washing. An additional N.S.T. <br /> approved sink with a minimum of one compartment and <br /> one drainboard indirectly connected to the sewage system <br /> � must be installed and used for food preparation only. <br /> 11) The three-compartment sink must be N.
