The request was to allow <br /> a 512 square foot addition to an existing grocery store at 6221 Broadway Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington. <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br /> August 25, 1994. Citation from EMC Chapter 19.38 -"Expansion of Nonconforming Use" <br /> All of the exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiners Office located at <br /> 2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br /> ARer due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant, <br /> testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing, and as the result of the personal <br /> inspection of the subject property and surcounding areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner, <br /> the following findings of fact and conclusions constitute the basis of the decision of the <br /> Everett Hearing Examiner. <br />
