It was moved by Mr. Ingram, seconded by Mr. Cronin and unan� - mously carried to grant the applicants ' request for the follc��- ing reascas : 1. The proposed canopy ;aould not �e detri��.ental to adjacent properties . 2. The one hundred (100 ' ) foot o;idth of Eroadwav alloas a free flo•+� of traffic even thcugh the proposed service station canopy c•�ill come to within one (1) foot of the front nropertv line . 3.
