This letter -report has been prepared in accordance with current local standards of <br />practice in the field of geotechnical engineering at the time it was written. No other warranty, <br />express or implied, is made. This letter -report is based on subsurface explorations and <br />` research summarized in this letter -report, and on our understanding of the proposed project <br />I based on our conversations with you. At the time this letter -report was written, no project <br />drawings had been developed. <br />PROJECT AND SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The site is an existing residential property at 6624 Broadway Avenue in Everett, Washington. <br />The site is approximately rectangular in plan view and 0.3 acres in total area. The site slopes <br />down to the south, with gentle slope inclinations and overall vertical relief visually estimated at <br />less than 10 feet. The topography of the surrounding area slopes generally downward to the <br />south, and it appears likely that previous grading on -site included excavation on the north side <br />and possibly filling on the south side to achieve the existing conditions.
