IV. Erosion and Sediment Control BMP's <br />Erosion and sediment control BMP's will be employed to limit the amount of sediment <br />leaving the site. The proposed ESC measures are shown in the Project TESC plan. The <br />relatively small site and the already built out surrounding area limit the number of BMP's <br />which are applicable to the project. The project is anticipated to begin mobilizing in late January <br />and should not be conducting significant construction activities until after the February 1 <br />limit. <br />V. Runoff Control BMPs (Treatment and Stream Bank Erosion <br />Control) <br />Hydroloey <br />Runoff flow rates from the site were calculated using the Santa Barbara Unit Hydrograph <br />Method as calculated using the Stormshed 2G ® software program. Inputs and <br />calculations are included in Appendix A, and are summarized in Table 5.1.
