Step 1: Select source Control BAfP's based on land use qne. <br />Table 1-4.2 of the Stormwater Management Manual provides a checklist for land use <br />types that require source control BMP's. The proposed project consists of residential <br />home construction. Associated uses that will require source control are limited to <br />uncovered vehicle parking in the parking lot, probable vehicle washing and the potential <br />limited use of fertilizers and pesticides on the site landscaping, use of underground tanks <br />(stormwater only.) Applicable source control BMP's are listed in Table 6.2, and are <br />described in chapter 4 of the Stormwater Management Manual. These measures will be <br />implemented to varying degrees b the homeowners at their discretion.
