�(5) In addition with the beam we will install the 1-3/4"x11-718" rim joist. <br />(6) We have also instalied an additional built column on both ends of the living room wall. <br />(7) We have per our building inspectors suggestion, added two minimum king studs on both sides of each <br />window. <br />(8) The height of the window from the ground surface is a total of 45".
