2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not im�>act the surrounding <br />properties. <br />City streets and alleys are to be kept clear o( dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by <br />the Public Works Inspector. <br />Any broken or damaged public improvements shall be repaired/replaced per the <br />City Public Works InspEctor. <br />5. All exposed ground must be resef:ded within 30 days of the completion of <br />construction. If reseeding is not practical due to wsather or seasonal problems, <br />the ground must 5e ccvered with mulch as directed by the City engineer. <br />6. Temporary erosion control measure� for construction activity must b� operational <br />prior to commencement of anv earthwork. <br />7. The route for truck iraffic must be approved by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />8.
