March 7, 1979 <br />Mr. Ben Holt <br />Ben Holt Industries, Inc. <br />22224 Highway 99 <br />Edmonds, WA 98020 <br />4,( <br />everett <br />\j��ti��k <br />CVc� v <br />2 <br />�J <br />SUBJECT: Street Improvements on Broadway, Beverly Blvd. intersection to 1-5 overcrossing <br />Bear Bent <br />As you are aware, Everett City Code Title 13 requires that every new development or <br />improvement in Everett provide for pedestrian, vehicle and drainage Improvements In <br />conjunction with the Issuance of building permits ( a copy of Ordinance 555-78 is attached). <br />The required improvements can be accomplished immediately, or at the discretion of the <br />City; can he provided for by committment to a local Improvement district (L.1.0.), <br />In the case of Broadway, the -treet improvements along the entire frontage consist of <br />5 foot concrete sidewalks, A-1 concrete curbs at a distance of 30 fret from the center- <br />line, asphalt street surfacing and sub -base fi om the existing asphalt to the new curb, 12 <br />inch concrete drain the at a distance of 29 feet from the centerline, and any necessary <br />curb inlets to adequately catch the storm water; transition improvements are also <br />requlred from the extreme north and south property lines back approximately 150 feet <br />on a taper rrable that the Street <br />be made attthis time;existing <br />however, an Lei.D.
