f _, <br />PROPOSED DECT.ARATlON OF NOti-SICNIFICAITCE <br />Th_- proposed action is the issuance of building permits to allow construction of six <br />mini -warehouses totaling 65,000 square feet to include approximately 700 storage <br />cubicles and a manager's apartment. The following factors were considered prior to <br />making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1. A previous proposal which involved the construction of six mini -warehouses totaling <br />40,000 square feet.was reviewed in November of 1977, and a Final -Declaration of <br />non -Significance was issued. This new proposal involves a net addition of two <br />structureu totaling 15,000 square feet. <br />F] <br />3 <br />The site is currently vacant. The total parcel is 7 acres. Storage units will be 1 <br />developed on the southern 3 acres and soil removed will be used to fill the northern <br />portion of the site. Substantial site preparation has already occurred and was authorize - <br />by the proporent's previous application. I <br />Access to the site will be provided off Broadway, a major arterial. <br />4. City Fire Hydrant requirements must be met <br />5. A large drainage swale previously existed on the site. The site drains into Wood <br />Creek.
