TT. WA6NINGTONNOTON be feasible. It was later discovered that the existing hydrant is 0E30I directly across from the entrance to the property known as "Jazwiek's FIRE DEPARTMENT Trainland." A recent visit to the project in question found the existing hydrant still in place. This hydrant would be of litile value in the event of a fire in the mini -warehouse complex. There is a 15' bank down to the riini-warehouse property at this point. Mr Holt showed a site plan with one additional fire hydrant at the south entrance. It is not known who reconnended or required this hydrant. This complex of buildings is quite long and built on two levels. The hydrant shown at the south entrance would serve only the upper level. To comply with the Hydrant Ordinance, another hydrant would have to be installed at the north entrance to serve the lower level. The only mention of fire hydrants found in the file was on the Declaration of Non -significance stating that the project must comply with the City Hydrant Ordinance. These plans were not reviewed by this office with regard to building type, size or stories to determine fir- flow requirements or hydrant installations.
