PROPOSED DEMARRPMON OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />Description of Proposal <br />• The proposed'action is the issuance of building permits to allow construction <br />of four one story warehouses totaling 40,OOQ square feet to include <br />424 storage cubicles and a manager's apartment. The following factors were <br />:.considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal.: <br />1. The proposed site is zoned C-1, General'Commercial Zone <br />2. A large drainage swale on the site currently contains -standing water. <br />The site drains into Wood Creek. Drainage retention must be provided <br />in accordance with C ty Po cy. <br />5• The total parcel is 7 acres.
