Addendum to contract dated July 31, 1998 between <br />I3en Ilolt Industries, Inc, and <br />Loberg Roofing <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The work by the Subcontractor of this agreement shall be to provide labor, equipment and material to install new <br />roofs on Building D, E and 17 of I'coples Storage, 7909 Broadway, Everett including but not be limited to; <br />I ) Install a 50 mil PVC roof system manufactured by III Roof Systems to their specifications. <br />2) Install R-19 Polyiso over roof (ieck. <br />3) Install trestc(l nailer boards & Forest Green gutters and down spouts around perimeter. <br />4) Install a PVC coated metal drip edge. <br />5) Clean tin and haul away debris, to include washing driveways at end ofjob if determined necessary by <br />Contractor. <br />Subcontractor to begin work on D Building. <br />Subcontractor to take all nece., sary steps in keeping out of tine way of tenants and their units. <br />All work is to be completed in a workman like manner. <br />
