FINAL DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />r <br />Descriptiuu of Proposal The proposed action is the issuance of building permits to allow construc4io\\h of six mini - <br />warehouses totaling 65,000 square feet to include 700 storage cubicles Whd a manager's <br />apartment. The following factors were considered and the listed requirements were placed <br />in response to comments submitted by various City departments during the Environmental <br />Checklist review of this proposal. <br />1. The proposed site is zoned C-1, General Commercial zone. <br />�� i <br />� J <br />2. The site is currently vacant, The total parcel is 7 acr Store uri�t� will be <br />developed on the southern 3 acres and soil removed will be sed to ff' the northern <br />portion of the site. <br />3. Access to the site will be provided off Broadway, a major arterial. Parking and access <br />plans must be approved by the Public Works Department in confoo ance,owith <br />chchecklist comment <br />4. Cif-y fire hydrant requirements must be met. <br />5. A large drainage Swale previously existed on the site. The site drains into Wood Creek. <br />Required setbacks from existing drain lines.must be observed. Drainage retention must <br />be provided in accordance with City policy and plans must be provided for continuance <br />of existing drainage. <br />d. Plans for erosion control and ptotection of'the slope must be provided in conformance_ <br />with Public Works Department Checklist comments. „ <br />7.
