Final Declaration of 4 <br />Non -Significance. We must apologize, however, that your Site Plans and <br />Right -of -Way Use Permit Application cannot be located for our review. <br />It is our understanding that the Building Department will issue your <br />Building Permit subject to receipt and review of another set of Site Plans <br />for access, parking and work in the public right-of-way in compliance <br />with the Final Declaration and applicable codes; those plans tr. include <br />the following information: <br />1. Locations of proposed driveway(s) <br />2. Drainage lines on public right-of-way to be concrete <br />i 3. Existing and new manholes to be adjusted to new grade <br />and City Standard manhole cone, ring and cover <br />4. Parking and circulation <br />5. Provision for protection of vehicles and pedestrians <br />(guardrail) <br />The two additional requirements are: Execution of the enclosed Power of <br />Attorney, and a 15-foot easement for the storm sewer. After receipt of <br />4 Plans, we will review for approval and get the "show on the road". <br />
