An approved plan showing all existing and new improvements <br />on public right-of-way. The building site plan would be <br />acceptable if it included improvements to public right-of-way. <br />This plan shall show those items covered on the minimum <br />chec;:list, attached, ands <br />I. The new ditch line and proposed finished grades' <br />The ditch will need to provide for protection <br />from erosion, e.g, asphalt spillway et south <br />end and deeper flow line. <br />2. Provision of controlling storm water runoff at <br />south driveway. <br />3. Approved vehicle/pedestrian protection, e.g, <br />guardrail from existing fire h Brant north to <br />new driveway and from north siUc of new driveway <br />north another 36 feet. A shoulder, at a width <br />at least equal to the width of the shoulaez on <br />the southern portion is an acceptable alternative <br />to a guardrail except at the north side of the <br />north driveway where a guardrail is required. <br />,�4 <br />
