I understand that there are code violations that must be resolved prior to the <br />issuance of a permit. <br />As we discussed, I have informed all ocrupams of the building to remove signs, banners, <br />and balloons as to comply with city code. I will remain diligent in maintaining <br />compliance with city code. <br />I am proposing that the two post signs along Broadway (ICC and One Stop) be removod <br />as the new pole sign is installed. The sign cabinet from Sa n's Western Wear is going to <br />be the sign cabinet shown on our permit application.
