A <br />condition of this approval was the removal of the two ex'sting pole signs on site. This <br />requirement was called out as a condition of approval on the approved site plan, as well <br />as addressed to you in letter from myself dated July 16, 2002. a copy of which is <br />attached. <br />Upon a recent field inspection it appears that this requirement has not been met. The <br />southern sign has been removed as required, however the northern sign has not been <br />removed. In fact it appears that additional signage has been added to this northern most <br />sign. This is in direct violation of your recent sign approval. At this time the City <br />requests that the northern most sign be removed within two weeks of the date of this <br />letter.
