This inspection was co.npleted on April 29, 2003, at which time we inspected the shearvvalls
around the stairway and elevator.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the structure is in substatial compliance with the
structural provisios of the project dxuments and the 1997 Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City
of Everett. •
Please note that it is physically impossible for us or anyone else to inspect every single nail, sheet c,'
plywood, and s2ructural member thal is incorporate.i into the structure. Consequently, il is possible that
there are specific areas, members, or materials that do ot fully comply with the construction documents
and building code. Hrnvever it is our opinion that probability oi this occurcing is very low, as is the
probability of structural failure in those areas.
;liiould you have any quesfians or desire additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We
!vst this fulfills your rest for documentation of our observations, and in that regard, it ia
Respectfully Submitted,

Clayton M.
