Energy Forms submitted under seperete cover with the drawings. <br />The Building conforms to prescriptive requirements. 7'he interior masonry walls <br />Are fiirred w/ 2x4 R-1 l Batt insulation. <br />2. The building has been redesigned such that all exterior walls are CMU construdion <br />so exterior besring walls are 1 hour consiruciion. Building Section A-] 0 and Lower <br />Floor Plen A-4 calls out besm wrep 5/8" type'x' GWB and column wrap (2) layers 5/8" <br />Type'x' GWB and bearing line at posts 5/8" type'x' GWB. f)etail C-A-11 shows <br />1 how assembly. Also find attached test data for the TJI floor system, PSL fire data <br />comparing to sawn lumber as Heavy Timber Rating and GWB wrap of steel columns <br />1 hour rating ( min 2 layers 1/2" ). <br />3. Exit Uoors # 2 have bcen shown as 1 hour rated in window schedule sheet A-12. <br />4. Exit door Uardware note added to sheet A-12 door schedule. <br />5. Sheet A-3 added door lo parking garage. <br />6. All doors ( except bifolds # 6) changed to 3'-0" width. <br />7. All doors except the door to the closet and the door from the office via a hallway <br />to the conference room meet the clearance and manuevering distances from my <br />review.The aforementioned door from the otTce to this hallway at the conference <br />room has been revised maintain 12" on the Istch side. <br />g, cee # Z.
