Thc <br />pumosc of this study was ro interprct generat surtace and subsurface site conditions, from which we <br />could evatuate the fcasibility of thc project and formulate design recommendations conccrning site <br />prcparation, equipment pad and tower foundations, structural fill, and other considerations. Our <br />scope of scrvices consisted of a surface reconnaissance, a subsurface cxploration, geotechnical <br />analyses, and report prepazation.
