The listed requirements are placed <br />in responsP to our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTIQN none identified <br />MITlGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Broadway is designated as a"Gateway" corridor in the City's General Plan. The <br />General Plan states, "Because Everett wants to develop and promote an <br />attractive image, all entry corridors into the City should be designated as <br />"Gateways" and standards should be applied to developments along such <br />"Gateways" relating to building design, landscaping, signage, outdoor storage <br />and uther aesthetic consideratiuns that will serve to upgrade Everett's image." <br />To meet ihe intent of the policy, street trees must be provided along Broadway, <br />with species approved by the Parks Department. Street trees must be planted at <br />20 feet on center. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including <br />but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br />was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on <br />file with the lead agency.
