The following factors were considered end the listed requirements were pleced in response to conments aub- mitted by various CiCy departments during their review of an 8nvironmental Checklist for thla proposal: � � 1. Additional right-of-way shnll be deeded to the City of Everett ea required by Public Works department to provide for an adequate public trnnsportation system. A pedestrian path to 7L-h Ave. is required ' 3. n minimum of 234 off-atrect packing spaces shall be provided on the site. 4. A detailed drawing ahall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing �arking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, (i.ncluding flow lines a��d grade elevatione), and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Wozks Department approval of these drawings is required before any permita are issued. All improvements shall be completed beLore the Occupancy Permit ie issued. As-builts, easement, end a one year Warrantee Hond in the amount of 109 of the cost of construction of the public water system are required within 10 working days of obtaining public water connection. 5.
