<br />Over the paet aeveral days we have discussed various specifica
<br />concerning a power of attorney for local improvement districte for
<br />street purposea encompassing this project. Some of theae itema i
<br />have attempted to address in the attached draft. Other itene are
<br />left for future discussion between us. I am concerned particularly
<br />about the followinq pointe:

<br />2. A maximurt. time period the powers of attorney will run;
