<br />1988 LEGISLATIVE PRIORZTY PACRAGE
<br />Pat McClain of Administration pcesented the L988 Legislative
<br />Pciority Package to the council which included Alcohal and Dcug
<br />Abuse, Public Nuisance Laws, Tax Reform, Locai Govecnance Study
<br />Commission, Watec Quality, Solid Waste, Economic Development,
<br />Transportation, Bounda.cy Adjustments, Local Improvement Districts,
<br />Superfund Leigalation and Sales Tax Distribution.
<br />Councilman Morrow asked that Park and Ride Lots be added to the
<br />aection regarding Transportation.
<br />Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by councilman Stephanson to
<br />accept the cecommended Legislative P[iority Package including the
<br />addition of Park and Ride Lots. •
<br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President
<br />Gipson who was excused.
<br />Motion carcied.
<br />EASEMENT RELEASES
<br />Moved by Councilman ��vecstreet, seconded by Councilman Lan9us to
<br />authorize Ghe Hayor to execute Release of Easements to Bcoadway
<br />Shopping Village withfn the College Plaza Shopping Center.
<br />Roll was called vith all councilmen voting yes except President
<br />Gipson who was excused.
