According to the city, permit number 17663 was issued to Allstate <br />for construction of a demising wall and interior partitions. This is in <br />agreement with Exhibit B of {111state's lease which states tenant agrees to <br />construct and install demising wall separating space A-04 from space A-05 <br />to provide 945 s.f. of space for tenant. The city's records show a �final <br />inspection was not completed. <br />Please contact the city upon receipt of this letter to resolve this <br />situation.
