I called <br />Jim Lor.ke, of the P.U.D. District f/l of Snohomish County, and he informed <br />me tha't these were not their lines but were the City of Everett's. <br />1 then contacted you, at the City of Everett Engineering Department. I was <br />told tliat your department :;�ows the lines are therc, but there are nn <br />recordse of their location, etc. <br />Therefore, I asked you to come out and locate the lines because we do h,v� <br />excavat:ion along these properLy lines. You informed me that your depart•' <br />ment cc�uldn't locate the lines and have no idea exa�:tly where: they are <br />located.
