The College's property manege Sli Cntfimr,-CoAfiCheal Gstate <br />Services, is finalizing e lease with Messengcr of ihe Truth church lo occupy a poRion of e <br />building on the College Plaza properiy. Thc erchitcct for the church, Adem Clazk, has asked the <br />College to confirm with the City the Collegc's pluns for the property in the Poture, which we <br />understanJ affects decisions on the sprinkler system. <br />The overall building is temporary. Within approximatelyl S years, the College plans to demolish <br />the current building siructure Cor future expansion of the College on ihe sik with a new stnicture <br />or use the site for parking or ethletic fields. <br />For the construction that will take place to accommodate the church, it is scceptable to the <br />College to change ihc l•uilding conswction type from VB to a IIIU conswetion type. <br />We also request that the Ciry notify Snohomish County on our behalf to update-theparcel <br />address to metch Ciry of Evcren rccords.
