St. Ste 306 <br />Bellevue, WA 98005 <br />A site visit was made at 1.30 PM July 31, 2014 to observe the general construction status of the project The <br />weather was clear and sunny. I was accompanied by Jeff Martin, Field Superintendent for Wilcox <br />Construction. <br />The followings are my observation: <br />• Building interior slab on grade were tasted with slab joint in place. <br />• All the perimeter wall studs were installed, and is in the process of installing the exterior OSB wall <br />sheathing. <br />• All shearwalls were installed, holdowns were observed to be in place. <br />• HSS posts for the canopy support were installed, straps at the top of the post were fastened to the roof <br />diaphragm. <br />• The roof truss are in place, roof sheathing are installed, except the last bay at the East and West ends <br />were not secured. Jeff indicated that the roof diaphragm will be fastened after z-clip for the blocking <br />is installed. <br />In general, work appears to be in good progress and meet the intent of the design. <br />L� <br />This report summarizes general observations made on site.
