35. All mechanical equipment, loading and trash collection areas shall be screened by a <br />combination of masonry walls and planting. Sound buttering should be used to reduce noise <br />impacts. <br />36. Mechanical units shall be located and constructed so the impact of noise from such <br />equipment is directed away from residential structures and uses. <br />CENTRAL INFORMATION <br />1. Puget Sound Energy is lute natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new <br />service orders, please contact P5E at (425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to the <br />required in-service date. <br />Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the <br />developer's sole expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. <br />2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the <br />proposed development. However, the existing District facilities in the local area <br />may require upgrading. Cost of any work, new or upgrade, to existing facilities <br />that is required to connect this proposed development to the District electric <br />system shall be in accordance with the applicable District policy. The developer <br />will be required to supply the District with suitable locations/easements upon their <br />property for any underground electrical facilities dual must be installed to serve <br />the proposed development.
