These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references <br />refer to the 1997 Uniform Building code, as amended by the State of VVashington and/or <br />the Washington State Energy Code, 1997 edition, unless noted othenvise. <br />In order for the processing of }'our application to continue, it will be necessury to <br />provide the Building Division with hvo complete new set� of drawiegs reflecting the <br />correcHons requested. <br />1) The distance from the new construction to the eastem property line should be <br />dimensioned (the site plaa is too small to accurately scale) in order that exterior wall <br />and opening protection may be reviewed per Section 503.2.1 <br />2) The Occupancy classification for the existing building and new addition should be <br />noted on t(te covcr sheet. Any required separations should contply witlt Section 302.1 <br />3) Thc proposed storage addition <br />square feet.
