Broadway, #b, Everett, WA <br />A� inspection of this unit was conducted a4ter recei�ing a <br />complaint from the occupant. The following deticien�ies wer� <br />noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. There is moisture and mildew througY�out the unit. <br />2. The bathroom floc,r is rotted. <br />3. The heater in the bathroom is not securad to the <br />wall. <br />4. The hot water to the sink in the bathroom does n��t <br />shut off. <br />5. Door knohs are missing on the bathroom door and <br />bedroom door. <br />b. The fioundation ve�ts are covered with plastic. <br />7, The roof is covered with moss and is very <br />deteriorated. <br />The tenant also stated that the refrigerator freezer will not <br />keep food frozen and Lhat two burners out of four on the cook <br />stove do not work.
