The listed requirements are placed <br />in response to our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION none identified <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Norih br�adway is designated as a"Gateway" coindor in the City's General <br />Plan. The General Plan states, "Because Everett wsnts to develop and promote <br />an attractive image, all entry corridors into the City should be designated as <br />"Gateways" and standards should be applied to developments along such <br />"Gateways" relating to building design, landscaping, signage, outdoor storage <br />and other aesthetic considerations that will serve to upgrade Everett's image." <br />To meet the intent of the policy, street trees must be provided along North <br />Broac'way, with species approved by the Parks Department. Street trees must <br />be planted at 20 feet on center. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including <br />but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br />was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on <br />
