Aroadway, Retail Building for Rolando Morales <br />Shell Permit #22009 <br />Gentlemen: <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm discussions reg,3rding <br />roof blocking on the referenced project. <br />The original scope of the project was a 20,000 SQ. FT, str�.cture. <br />The engineering is based on this size of building. <br />' Due to economic factors the building was downsized to 6,000 SQ. <br />�� FT. and reviewed by the engineer. It was determined ti�at the <br />�� blocking was not required because of the "downsizing" of the <br />structure. <br />�� At this point, Cobra Construction failed to recog��ize the <br />�� complication this revision would cause.
