Please indude a sign section indicating the depth and materials of the sign support, to indude pressure treated wood, the dimensions of the concrete cover used to retain the sign posts in place and an elevation showing the number and location of sign attachments. a. The sign altachments should be shown on the drawings to be sized sufficiently and designed to resist forces frorn wind (for exterior signs), grevity and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC). All codes referenced, as adopted by the City of Everett, should include current revisions by the State of Washington.
