WHEREAS, on December 28, 1983, Ciry Council denied the applicante appeal of Condition No. 2, rcacinded Condition No. 4 and m�dified Condition No. 21, NOW TNEREFORE, said Special Property Uae Permit is granted aith the following 21 conditions: A twelvc foot wide, six foot high landscaped barrier be provided along the northern property line. A detailed landacaping plan ahall be revieved and approved by the City prior to isauance of any permits for development of the site. A aix foot high chain link fence shall be provided. The fence shall be located on the nor[}�er;1 portiun of the aubject property directly south and adjacent to th: landscaped barrier mentioned in Condition #1. There shnll be a gate at snme point on the fence to provid! access so that Che State may maintain the landscaped harrier. The State ahall be responsible for laadecaping and maintaining the six foot high, twelve foot vide barrier mentioned in Condition ikl. All development will be as depicted on Exhibit 4 or as modi£ied by theae conditions. Detailed drawings, in accordance with City Design 6 Construction Standarde, shall be submitted [o the Public 4iorks Department ahowing aite parki»g layout, landscaping, utilities, etorm drainage, temporary conetruction eroeion control and all required improvements in the public right-of-vay. Public Works Department approval of these draWinga ia required prior to any permits being iseued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit ia isa�ed.
