A handwashing sink is needed in the front service <br />area of store. The location shall be such that <br />it is accessible to employees at all times. <br />2. The handwashing sinks throughout shall be provided <br />with hot and cold water tempered by means of a <br />mixing valve or combination faucet, hand-cleansing <br />soap and towels. <br />3. The ventilation system shall be installed and <br />operated to meet applicable building, mechaniral <br />and fire codes. <br />4. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements <br />of the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or <br />equivalent. <br />5. The toilet room(s) shall be encl.osed �aith t�6ht- <br />fitting, self-closing solid doors. The roo�r(s) <br />shall be mechanically vented to the outside. A <br />toilet room used by women shall have at least one <br />covered waste receptacle. <br />6. Wood surfaces throughout shall be sealed smooth <br />and easily cleanable. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to <br />your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health District <br />must be notified. <br />
