AII references <br />refer to the 2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted <br />by the City of Everett and the �Nashington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, unless stated othenvise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two sets of construction document revisions reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />Regarding Item 12 of Meg Haley's previous lelter, the arrangement of the restrooms on the <br />floor does not appear to qualify for the cluster exception of IBC 1109.2. The two rooms in <br />question are designated as Men's and Women's, and these rooms access a lockeroom.
