Since the last appearance before the Board, the sur- � <br /> rounding neighbors had been contacted and they offered ' <br /> no opposition to the new proposal. ; <br /> There was no opposition from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br /> the facts, it was moved by Mr. Russell, seconded by tir. Aerg and <br /> unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets all the <br /> requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code, <br /> paragraphs 1,2, 3 and 4. <br /> A hearinq was held on the application of Kenneth Thompson. 5802 <br /> East Drive, Everett, WA 98203, for a variance from Section 19 . <br /> 14.050 Everett Municipal Code, yard requirements, paragraph B 'to <br /> allow an exieting deck to remain to within 2� feet from the side <br /> property line rather than the code requirement of six (6) feet. <br /> Leqal Deacription: Lot 5, Slock 16, Victory Heights <br /> Addreas: 4403 Creecent Ave. <br /> Zoning: R-1 Single i �mily Low Density Residence <br /> Mr. Thompaon represented himself and made the statement that there • <br /> had been an error in the original survey and the existing deck of <br /> a new residence is now closer to the side property line than it <br /> ehould be. <br /> There was no opposition from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the aubject property and conaidering all <br /> the facta, it was moved by t7r. Russell, seconded by t7r.
