The proposed residence has been re-positioned on the <br /> lot from the previous variance request. � <br /> 2. Since the last appearance before the Board, the sur- <br /> rounding neighbors had been contacted and they offered <br /> no opposition to the new proposal. <br /> There was no opposition from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br /> the facts, it was moved by btr. Russell , seconded by f1r. IIerg and <br /> unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets all the <br /> requirements of Section 19 . 70. 060 of the Everett Municipal Code, <br /> paragraphs 1 ,2, 3 and 4. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of Kenneth Thompson, 5802 <br /> East Drive, Everett, P!A 98203 , for a variance from Section 19. <br /> 14.050 Everett Dlunicipal Code, yard requirements , paragraph B to <br /> allow an existing deck to remain to within 2� feet from the side <br /> proper.ty line rather than the code requirement of six (G) feet. <br /> Legal Description: Lot 5, Block 16, Victory Heights <br /> Address: 4403 Crescent Ave. • <br /> Zoning: R-1 Single � amily Low Density Residence <br /> Mr. Thompson represented himself and made the statement that there <br /> had been an error in the origin�l survey and the existing deck of <br /> a new residence is now closer to the side property line than it <br /> should be. <br /> There was no opF�o>ition from the audience. <br /> After visually viewinq the subject property and considering all <br /> the facts, it was moved by tir.
