In addition work was done to the electrical,mechanical,and plumbing systems in the <br /> residential strucWre. The work noted was done without permits as required by the IRC <br /> IPMC, 108.1.4: The building was altered and is occupied contrary to law <br /> 1. The two apartments lack the required one hour fire resistive separation as required by code <br /> a. Ttie basement unit will be detommissioned and reclassified as"storage only" <br /> 2. The basement apartment lacks a side hinged egress door <br /> a. This door wil�now be used as storage access only. NOTE:tempered label ink wa� observed <br /> 3.
