Russell , seconded by t1r. Berg and <br /> unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meet.� all the <br /> requirements of Section 19 . 70. 060 of the Everett f1•�nicipal Code , <br /> paragraphs 1, 2,3 and 4. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of Kenneth Ti:ompson, 5802 <br /> East Drive, Everett, WA 98203 . for a variance from Section 19 . <br /> 14 .050 Everett Municipal Code, yard requirements, paragraph B to <br /> allow an existing deck to remain to withir. 2�, feet from the side <br /> property line rather than the code requirement of six f5) feet. <br /> Legal Description: Lot 5, Block 16, Victory Heights <br /> Address: 4403 Crescent Ave. <br /> Zoning: R-1 Single � �mily Low Density Residence <br /> Mr. Thompson represented himself and made the statement that there <br /> had been an error in the oriqinal survey and the existing deck of <br /> a new residence is now closer to the side property line than it <br /> should be. <br /> There was no opposition from the audience . <br /> After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br /> the facts, it Was moved by t1r. Russell , seconded by t4r.
