N1 <br /> 2320 California Street <br /> Everett, Washington 98201 <br /> PROJECT: 2320 CALIFORNIA STREET BUILDING B (Wazehouse/annex) <br /> SUBJECT: FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM <br /> Dear Mr. Thompson: <br /> It has been brought to aur attention that the annex portion of this building is not and <br /> will not be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> City Ordinance No. 1759-90 requires the inslallaGon of an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system in existing building when alterations, repairs or addidons exceed SO�Yo of the assessed <br /> value of the building. <br /> Discussions with Chuck Hartung of TRA Architects indicate that this portion of the <br /> bailding is not cunently occupied except for minor storage and that no plans have been made <br /> to occupy this portion of the building.
