" Chepter 13.44 STREET NAMING AND NUMBERINC3 <br /> 13.44.210 Failure to number building—Penalty. <br /> 13.44.210Failure to number building—Penalty. <br /> Any person being the owner or agent of any building erected in the city, A.D. 1900 who <br /> after being notified in writing by the chief of police of the city that the street numbers aze <br /> of record at the office of the city clerk,shall for the period of fifteen days thereafter <br /> neglect or refuse t� number any building owned ar repnsented by him as agent, in <br /> conformity with the provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a tnisdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding the sum of ten dollars and be <br /> adjudged to pay the costs of the prosecudon. (Prior code § 13.08.080) <br /> 13.44.220Enoneous numbers to be corrected. <br /> If any number has been placed upon or over the doorwey or entrance of any building or <br /> premises, which number does not conform with the provisions of this chapter, upon the <br /> lilce notice as provided for in the next preceding section of this chapter, the owner or <br /> agent of any such building or premises shall remove and cornct the same.
