The conclusion for <br /> a fix was to plant ivy on the bank et 12" on center horiwntally and vertically. This will <br /> serve to protect the bank from weather and minimize erosion. This correction is the last <br /> remaining for Pehiic Works approval us rcquired for the project,and is your responsibility <br /> as the pertnit holder. We understand that there may be an agreement between you and the <br /> owner, but that is a civil matter und the city cannot be a pert of it. <br /> Please contact me by January 19�' with the proposed time frame for bringing this mntter to <br /> conclusion.
