Dust generated during construction activities can <br /> be controlled by wetting those dust sources such ae areas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, <br /> and installing and maintaininq gravel construction entrancet�. <br /> Construction vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any <br /> evidence of track-out can trigqer violation� and fines from the <br /> Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control <br /> Aqency. (SEPA Natural Environment/Air Quality Policies) <br /> 3 . Any qradinq/fill on this site shall be done ao as to not impact <br /> the surroundinq properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use <br /> Policies) <br /> 4. The Mukilteo School District has zeviewed the proposed project and <br /> determined that this project will adversely impact the School <br /> District's capacity. (see the attached letter) .
