By removing the drain rock along the southeriy <br /> property 6ne, you have created a passage way for the water to travel over land and <br /> onto the adjacent property. The property is saturated to the poent of refusal and watcr <br /> stands on the surface after storms. <br /> 1106 E. Casino Road was originally permitted with the intenti�n that all future property <br /> owners would preserva and maintain the dminage system. The drainage ordinance as <br /> amended by Ordmancx 670-80 Section 1 - Pu�poses, Page 1, lists several purposes, and <br /> "protecdon of adjacent property" is included. <br /> The following correction is required: <br /> Reconswct the drainage swaleparallel to the southerly�roperty line as it was <br /> originally built and insuro that the drainage system funcUons properly. <br /> please notifY the Pubiic Works Inspection Division to verify compliance with this <br /> direcGve. 'I�he work must be completed by June 1, 1994.
