One was thal there is a house under construction on a short plat site <br /> at 1414 E. Casino Road. The buiiding has piled up broken concrele at the back ot his property, which is the front of their <br /> easement access bi next door, and has told them he is going to leave it there for 6 monlhs until he builds the next house. <br /> Can you have an inspector take a look at this?
