As you are proposing to utilize approximately <br /> 919fi sr�, ft. of floor space for clinic purposes there will be a minimum <br /> requirement of 41 off street parking spaces. <br /> If, in the future, it is your intention to either lease additional <br /> space in the complex or acquire the entire complex and to utilize this <br /> space for medical/dental purposes, you will be requir•ed to provide off- <br /> street parking at the ratio of 1 sp+�ce for each 20D sq. ft, of gross <br /> floor area.
